Welcome reception at Buccleuch Arms Hotel last night – hotel provided an excellent meal and all competitors, friends and organisers had a very enjoyable evening.
Today is official practice day for the European Vintage competitors and although there has been a little rain overnight, with some showers forecast for today, the ground is fine.
Blessing of the Plough at 6 pm this evening at Ancrum Kirk.
Dinner at the Buccleuch Arms this evening for the European Vintage competitors – tickets all sold, so should be a good evening.
Final preparations on site today, all ready for competition tomorrow!
